Refund policy

1. No Return / Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, a wrong product is delivered, or a wrong size (different from order) is received. Replacement will be provided in such cases. Refunds will be considered only if replacement is not possible.

2. Mandatory Conditions for Complaints

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the parcel with shipping label, full opening process, and the defect or issue in proper lighting. Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for damage due to washing, improper handling or usage, color variations due to lighting or screen settings, minor issues such as loose threads or slight stitching variations, or if the customer simply does not like the product.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange may be allowed within 3 days of delivery on a case-to-case basis. The product must be unused and in original condition. Exchange items must be of equal or higher value. No refund will be provided for price differences. Courier charges must be borne by the customer.

5. Return Shipping

We do not provide return pickup. Customers must self-ship the product after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be informed about approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

7. Wash & Care Disclaimer

Customers must follow proper wash and care instructions. Priya Boutique is not responsible for color fading or fabric damage after washing or use.

8. Authentic Purchase Warning

Priya Boutique is not responsible for purchases made from fake or unauthorized sellers using our images or videos. Customers are advised to verify authenticity before purchasing.

9. Saree-Specific Policy

Minor thread variations, slubs, knots, weaving irregularities, and color differences are not considered defects. Defects include tears, incorrect length, or missing blouse piece if mentioned.

10. Partial Order Issue Policy

If multiple items are ordered and one item is found defective during quality check before dispatch, the customer can choose a refund for that item or select an alternative product. Cancellation of the entire order is not allowed.

11. Stitching & Measurement Policy

All stitched items are made based on the measurements provided by the customer. We are not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect measurements. Any alterations required will be chargeable along with shipping costs if applicable.

12. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is not allowed once payment is completed. Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation or dispatch.
